WHOLE FOOD ALCHEMYST HEALTH SOURCE

Breville Citrus Juicer My favorite (wouldn't want to live without) gadget is a Breville Citrus Juicer!  It is amazing!  In that large glass is the juice of nine lemons that contain no seeds and a very, very, very minimal amount of pulp. Super easy to clean too! There's nothing better than fresh lemonade, sugar-free of course. #WFA #WholeFoodAlchemyst  #BrevilleCitrusJuicer #lemons #organic #juice #organicstevia  #organicagave #bestproduct #favoritekitchengadget https://www.instagram.com/p/COtn7brtvxY/?utm_medium=share_sheet

I don't really care for prepackaged protein simply due to one simple and fixable problem - too many carbohydrates, or worse, too many sugars.  I started drinking EAS Advant EDGE when they were first introduced, of course over the years they have added new flavors, which always a good thing. It is the perfect snack or pick me up any time of day! Low carb, low calorie! My favorite, Cold Brew Coffee, which can be blended with ice for a terrific hot day drink. I also throw in a shot of espresso every now and then! Image via EAS website   https://eas.com/advantedge-products
